About me

*I just turned 31. I live with my boyfriend in a too-small apartment in New York City, but we have a balcony with a pretty stellar view.  I work professionally as a stage manager for the downtown theater scene, but in my spare time I embrace all that life, and this city, has to offer.

*I write. I travel. I take a ton of pictures. I spend my days off wandering around art museums. I have an entire desk drawer that’s just for Sharpies and highlighters. I really, really like pie. For better or for worse, I’m a Cubs fan.  Good wine and great friends are my key ingredients for a wonderful evening. And five years ago, I moved to New York with little more than a suitcase, two shopping bags, and a whole lot of pluck – and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

This blog is a reflection of all that – my hobbies, my fancies, my passions, my life.
